What Causes Low Libido And Penile Shrinkage?

I m not sure if I have low testosterone or if I have erectile dysfunction but my testicles have gotten smaller, my sex drive has gotten weak, and my penis usually is longer when not erect it has shrunken. Also when it is at an erect state, it s not as big as it usually is.

It appears that your problem is more psychological than a physiological one.
In any case, kindly get the following investigations done.
1. Ultrasound scan of the scrotum.
2. Blood testosterone levels.
