Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have low iron levels in blood which could be suggestive of iron deficiency anemia means iron binding capacity of your hemoglobin is getting lowered down. I would suggest you to take iron supplements in diet to replenish the iron stores in the body. Take diet rich in vitamin B 12 and folic acid as it will booster immunity and will correct anemia. Once your symptoms of anemia will be resolve your symptoms will come back to normal. Visit general physician once and get blood tests done to check complete blood count and all parameters. Drink plenty of water and fluids to replenish body.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
