What causes low grade fever, headache and nausea?

I have a really low fever of 99.2 or so that has been coming and going for a couple of days now, I searched online and I found that this was in most infants. I am a 15 year old girl I have no infections that I know of. I only get really painful headaches and nausea (sometimes)

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that your are female and 15 years old and if you are having ovulatory phase then this temperature is just likely and this is nothing to worry this would come around soon, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
