What Causes Low Grade Fever And Vomiting?

I have a 23 year old who was out partying and drinking on Saturday night. She has not slept more than briefly for 48 hrs. She is dry heave vomiting and cannot keep any food down. She has injested limited water. She has a low grade fever of 98.9-100 degrees and her forehead is warm to the touch. she is trying to drink pedialite. Is there anything else I can do for her. How long should I wait before I take her for medical care.
