I had been running a low grade fever for a couple of weeks, mostly below 100F. went in to get checked out and found fluid on both ears and a lower sinus infection, got an antibiotic shot and a 10 prescription. Day one the fever went to 102.5f and when it broke, felt great. thought I was on the way to recovery. Day 6 I began coughing, and a high fever 102-103f. and on day11 a bright red rash showed on my abdomen area. bright red dots about 1 apart, over 25% of the area. I assume it has to do with the many sessions of sweating out the fever. but multiple showers, and washing the sheets should have. helped with this. not sure if the dots may be tied to the last fever/cough, or what. BTW I have not been sick in over 10 yrs and have not had a fever above 102f in more that 25yrs.
