General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it can be early signs of wound infection and should be reviewed by the treating surgeon.

Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can help with the symptoms. Wound cultures may also be needed. Keep a track of temperature as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
