What Causes Low Blood Sugar Levels Prior To A Colonoscopy?

I have a colonoscopy monday at noon and I am on an insulin pump. I have only done liquids and my blood sugar has dropped to 74. It has dropped from 175 to 74 in the last few hours. I m worried about it dropping more. Should I eat something or take my insulin pump off till the procedure?

Hi
I had gone through the question and understand your concern
You must not have eaten much according to the dose of insulin that you are taking. So ,either eat something or reduce the dose of insulin after consulting your physician as low blood sugar is more harmful than high blood sugar.
Hope this was of help
Thankyou
