Hypoglycemia is a condition where blood sugars fall below 70 mg /dl . It usually occurs
1 when you skip your meal
2 you didnt had proper meal
3 you have taken more insulin
4 you Have exercise for long hours or high physical activity
THINGS YOU SHOULD DO:
Always have proper dinner including carbohydrates like whole wheat chapathis or breads, oats,wheat pasta, quinoa with
proteins like chicken, fish, beans, dal ,egg .Avoid rice and easy to digest cereals in the night .
Always add vegetable salad in your dinner
Before going to bed have one medium size fruit or cup of milk , its must to avoid hypoglycemia in night.
