What Causes Low Blood Pressure And Dizziness?

Hello. My blood pressure sometimes rises to 130-135 and diastolic stays in 60s. I am known diabetic, had CABG in 2000. I was taking herbesser for rate control and eziday as well. But in last few months my Bp started to fall too much with lightheaded ness and dizziness. My doctor stopped these two medications. What should I do now?

it is only anxiety and depression. take ecg and consult cardiologist. hypertensive profile should be done go for glycolated hemoglobin and consult diabetologist for advise on medication and diet control. life style change is requered, take regular morning walk.
