What Causes Low Blood Pressure After Taking Lasix?
Hello. My mom is in a nursing home for rehab following respiratory failure. She has been on Lasix every day to help with edema in her feet. I have been noticing her blood pressure is getting lower every day. She normally HS high BP and takes medication for it. Tonight her blood pressure is 120/44. Is that too low or a cause for concern? I m worried she is getting anemic or dehydrated and will be in danger of falling. This nursing home is not very proactive in her care so I am worried that this is going unnoticed. Should I be concerned? Also, I m noticing she is a bit pale today. Thanks!

la six is a diuretic it drain out fluid with electrolyte from body. it is a part of treatment of hyperventilation. can gofor electrolyte estimation if it is low then supplement can be given. now stop giving la six and maintain hydration. can take electoral dissolved in water.
