What Causes Low Blood Counts In The Body?

I been dealing with a low blood on my body for years but the lowest i have seen was 7 and now lest week i went to checkup and my doctor told me that my blood in my bone is only 2. so what i don t understand is that this is the average of blood i have in all my body or only on my bone? and do i need to go get blood? thank you for your time!

hi sir, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, normal blood count for male is above 12.5gms and female above 11gms, if u want to increase ur blood, then use apple, beat root, leafy vegs, boiled eggs, milk etc, and take iron folic tab twice a day after food, hope u satisfy with my answer, thank u
