What Causes Low Appetite And Stomach Discomfort?
Hello my 9 year old son is complaining that his stomach hurts. He describes it as it feels full. He has not eaten anything in 2 days and had thrown up prior to that. He has been sleeping a lot. What might be the issue? Should we try a laxative (because he describes it as it feels full)?
