What Causes Low RBC And WBC?

Hi i am a healthy 45 woman who works out and relative,y eat healthy i am though taking medication for depression for the past three years i have been on Seroquel 200 mg Welbutrin 450 mg and for the past year the doc added 50 mg pristique. I am concerned about my latest blood work my WBC is 3.7 my RBC is 3.9 both are low My MPV is high 10.9 so is my LYM 67.4,and my MID is 14.8 in addition my folate is high 25.2 my Chloride is low 95.5 and so is my All Phos 34.8 please can you help me understand what s happening to my body

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some viral infection so you have low wbc count with high lymphocytes count. You also have anemia. You should go for cbc and peripherals smear examination. Check your platelets count regularly. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
