What Causes Low RBC And WBC Count?
I have had elevated blood pressure levels lately and I am tired a lot. My doctor did a lot of blood work and says my vitamin d level is very low and prescribed medicine He is keeping me on my current BP medicine. I have the results of my blood work and it shows low red and white cell counts and he didn t address this. What would cause this low count for red and white cells?

For low vitamin D level , cholecalciferol sachet 60000 IU once a week for 8 week can be prescribed .
This sachet contain powder that has to be taken with milk.
Low rbc and wbc count can be from temporary bone marrow suppression by infection.
Repeat cbc after week and if still low than will do further work up
