Hallow dear,

It is not clear why you say you are pregnant. Probably your urine pregnancy test could have been positive.

However, no baby seen in the uterus in the ultrasonography and the hCG levels are low, is suggesting that the pregnancy can be present somewhere outside the uterine cavity - most commonly in the tube (Ectopic Pregnancy).

In ectopic pregnancy the hCG levels are lower than the expected and hence the pregnancy test us week positive.

Please confirm/rule out ectopic pregnancy. Ruptured tubal pregnancy is a very serious condition, causes profuse bleeding in the abdomen and needs surgical intervention with blood transfusion. So you may suggest and request your Obstetrician to look for ectopic pregnancy.

It is said that an Obstetrician has to be ectopic minded to diagnose an ectopic pregnancy.

I hope you are satisfied with the answer.
