Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Low blood pressure can not be it self (Hypotension) it happens when there is loss of fluid from body, have some specific pathology, but most of the time it is the orthostatic hypotension, it happens when a person stands abruptly from sitting or sleeping position it causes the blood pulled down against the gravity and that the reason for fainting, giddiness but it is transient condition may not need any treatment, you can see the doctor on routine basis because other causes of fainting can not be neglected and it has to be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
