What Causes Low BP With Swollen Legs During Pregnancy?

I am 33 weeks and 2 days pregnant. My blodd pressure was last checked almost 2 weeks ago and was 90/58, but the last few days I have a had a headache that is suddenly orse accompanied with nausea. My feet, legs, and ankles are swollen. Should I contact my OB/GYN or am I being silly...this is my fourth pregnancy.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion swollen feet and headache needs an BP examination to rule out any high BP.If the BP is normal then you need not worry.The swollen feet might also be due to low Hb.If the Hb is also normal then swelling might be normal .Dont worry.Rest with legs slightly up.Eat protein rich food.Consult doctor for BP ,Hb and liquor status.Because even excess liquor also might cause swelling.
