What Causes Low BP, Dizziness, Chest Pain And Sweating?

My BP is 100/60, I got dizziness, severe chest pain, pain in both the arms, sweating and felt heat on April 21, 2011. Please tell me what it was? Whether it was Heart attack or symptom of BP (Hypo/Hyper)? My age is 46, height 5 ft, wt. 40 Kg., serum Cholestrol 210.15, Serum VLDL 50.83, Serum Triglyceides, there is no previous medical history.

yes these are heart attack symptoms. You should get yourself evaluated.
you will need ECG, Echo and may be angiography.
you should visit local doctor for heart medicine and cholesterol medicine.
Also have low fat, oily, sugar diet. regular walk which you can tolerate.
