What Causes Low BP And Lack Of Energy While On Tramadol?
My husband was prescribed Tramadol for back pain.He has congestive heart failure and since taking the Tramadol in the morning, his blood pressure has dropped most of the day to 80/50. He keeps falling asleep and has no energy.Could this problem be caused by Tramadol?

yes definitely it can cause drowsiness and drop in BP also.... immediately stop this medication.
And try some non sedative pain killer.
