What Causes Low BP Anaemia And Loose Stool?

I m a 41 yr old female, with the following health issues that I ve experinced for the last 3-4 years consistantly: low blood pressure, anemia, loose stool (every day), heavy periods, dizzy spells (recently passed out), diffuculty concentrating, memory loss and fatigue....I m getting a biopsy done of my uterus in a month and my Dr has me taking iron again, but I still feel like I m just exahsted and I don t care much about anyting anymore. Can you suggest what I can do other than drink a lot of water, take iron and wait to see if my health improves?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
In your case the anemia looks to be the main culprit may be increased or caused by heavy periods.
All other symptom look to be caused by these two things. You might also have a low protein in blood get this checked too.
The treatment will be hysterectomy if the medical management does not help stop heavy periods.
A course of an antibiotic should help you to overcome the loose stools, if nit go for a colonoscopy and an opinion of a Gastroenterologist.

You may need blood transfusion and protein supplements... to correct the deficiency, and to prepare for surgery if need be .
