Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

You report to have a personal history of high blood pressure (bp) (156/107) which is correctly treated with Lisinopril-hctz 20-12.5 as started on Wednesday.

As the today's bp is as low as 89/53, it seems that the meds you are taking has worked to bring your bp back to normal again. However, to my opinion, your bp is not high enough explaining you had decrease in bp at this point. I advise to discuss further with your doctor to change therapy.

Headache you are having are due to decreased blood pressure you are experiencing. That is temporary until your bp will be fully regulated.

Hope this helps.
