What Causes Low BP After A Knee Injury?

I had a fall and needed stitches on my knee. I am vasovagal and when I fell I almost passed out. Normally my blood pressure is low 100 to 90/ 65. At the er it was 150/66. Is that because of almost passing out or is my high blood pressure a sign of trouble.
