What Causes Loss Of Vision Post Artery Dissection?

vertebral artery dissection in June 2011. Affected right side, after rehab still a little unstable but can walk miles. The vertebral artery that dissected, healed shut, now I only have one working. I lost peripheral vision in both eyes to my right, can t drive a car. What to expect? Second opinion? Iam only on small dose of B/P medicine, baby aspirin, multi vitamin and fish oil.
