My daughter just called me to tell me she took my granddaughter who is 3 months to the ent this morning and they said she has a loose voice box, she also has a small pin hole on the top of her left ear and wheezes when she breathes (although it sounds a little better since she was born)
The hole in the ear could be a preauricular sinus. It can get infected, when it does it starts discharging. This will stop with antibiotics.Recurrent infection warrants removal.About wheezing one cause may be a soft larynx or what we call medically laryngomalacia. To rule out you have to undergo either endoscopy or Ct scan neck.
