What Causes Loose Motions, Greenish Yellow Stools In Kid While Started Teething?

Hi Dr...my Lil girl is 4.5 months old. From past two days she is having lose motions. Her stools are greenish yellow seedish type. She is exclusively on breast milk. She has also started teething and i have noticed she tries to soothe her gums by chewing her fingers. Kindly suggest any medicine. rachna
