What Causes Loose Motion,indigestion And Migraine?

I am 32 yrsold, 5 ft 4 inch height, 64 kg weight married women having a 5 yrs. old daughter.

I have recurring problem of annemia since last two year. I consult with an MD & he give me iron tablet. at the time of taking this tablet Hb % becomes almost 13% but it comes down 11% after stop medicine.

I had also a chronic problem of loose motion, indigetion, & migrain.

I had few problem of severe anemia at the time of pregnancy.
