What Causes Long Thick Tissue Like Discharge And Bleeding From Vagina?

I am a 74 year old woman.Over the weekend I had bleeding which I thought was urinary because I have a history of bladder cancer. But this morning I extruded something about three inches long and as thick as my thumb and it was definitely from my vagina. There has been no more bleeding.What in the world was that all about?

take ultrasound of bladder. consult oncologist for examination and asses the status of bladder cancer.get examined by gynecologist regarding the protrudedmassfromvagina . it may be related to bladder cancer or prolapse vagina. treatment can be decided after examination and diagnosis.
