What Causes Loneliness, Sleep Problems And Loss Of Enthusiasm?

I feel alone. I. Have trouble sleeping an. I have no motivation to do some thing i enjoy and want to do instead i find my self doing things i dont want to do to avoid doing the things i want to do i used to be really happy and now i dont really feel anything and dont care about anything

Hello. Thanks for asking Healthcare Magic. These symptoms you are describing are of depression. Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. I would suggest you to stop thinking so much about your problems. Go out for some walk or light exercise. Keep in regular contact with friends and family, or consider joining a class or group. Volunteering is a wonderful way to get social support and help others while also helping yourself.

Make changes in your life to help manage and reduce stress. Too much stress exacerbates depression and puts you at risk for future depression. Take the aspects of your life that stress you out, such as work overload or unsupportive relationships, and find ways to minimize their impact.

Donot hesitate to take psychiatric help if needed. Thanks and Regards.
