Sir, I have a problem of stammering. Being more specific - 1• I have hesitation, blocking, taking more time to utter any word, repeating either any particular starting sound or the word itself, elongating more than normal and distracted sound due to unnecessary force. 2• And uttering such word causes a momentary unknown lock in my mouth. Focusing strictly on these particilar points just tell me my exact problem and solution as my life is becoming hell and its every iota is filled with frustration ...

If you have normal vocal apparatus (Tongue, vocal cord and throat), then that means there is no physical cause. Its just a habit.
you must consult a Audiologist and Speech Therapist who can hep you overcome this problem of your.
So, try finding out speech therapists in your place.
