What Causes Little Itchy Spots On Skin?

I ve noticed small spots appearing on my body, they have come on my neck, face, back, arms and belly. They are a little itchy but not a lot. They look like burn marks the size of a cigarette but keep appearing on me. They have gone a little scabby aswell and pink. Please help..

Hi.
As per your case history you are having allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is not -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
