My boyfriend has recently noticed tiny little bumps on the shaft of his penis (look like water bumps, like with fluid inside). He says they are not itchy and they do not irritate him. They have been there for about 3 weeks (give or take) with no sign of busting or anything of that nature. Around the same time he started getting infected hairs on his pubic area (white and waxy when he busts them and he can see the hair in them). I got tested at the beginning of our relationship for everything (I believe herpes was included). We just want to know what this possibly could be?
