What Causes Little Bubbles On A Cut On The Index Finger?

I cut my index finger on the knuckle with a sharp object on a construction site. After I cut it I noticed a few little bubbles and it got me worried. I always cut my hands but this one felt deep, it s a small cut on the surface but I think it went actually quite deep. What do I do?

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

If the cut is deep then it may need to be cleaned and sutured.

In addition, if you have no recent history of tetanus injection (within the last 5 years), you may also need tetanus shot as well.

If the cut is not too deep then cleaning with an antiseptic now and at least twice daily, along with twice daily application of a topical antibiotic would be helpful.

Examples of topical antibiotics are fucidin, bactroban, neosporin

I hope this helps
