What Causes Lipomas On The Chest?

Hello sir I have lipomas in my chest size of1.2×0.6 and 0.5×0.5 Cm now some time I feel little bit pain, plz can I suggest me what I have do I concern my doctors but he say always not to worry can u suggests me what type of precautions should I take to cure it.

for permanent cure you do surgery
it seems like no big size for doing surgery
just wait and watch.
if size is increasing then consult the surgeon

there is no medicine for lipoma
if you have pain then take ibuprofen and paracetamol combination 2times a day for five days
