What Causes Lightheadness?

my blood pressure is 153 over 103, I have tested my blood glucose level and have been over 120 at times 2 hours after meals is this normal. Have been feeling light headeness. Is this something i should seek medical attention immediately or should I speak to my doctor....

As you mentioned that your B P was 153/ 103 mm of Hg and blood sugar level is 120 pp after meal .
Felling lightheadedness . yes this is concerning . In normal circumstances blood pressure is 120 /80 mm of Hg. The lower blood pressure 103 in your case is very high and known as diastolic blood pressure . In my opinion this is concerning and you must consult your doctor and get his opinion .
