What Causes Lightheadedness, White Discharge And Stomach Cramps In A Pregnant Woman?
Hello, I am 37 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I m feeling really uneasy right now. Im feeling nauseous, lightheaded and weak. I also am having poor circulation in my legs (propping them up doesn t really help). Also experiencing this white discharge that s increasing( I feel like I m slowly using the bathroom on myself) and stomach is cramping every 20 minutes...this is my 3rd pregnancy and I ve never felt this way...I ve lost my appetite completely, what do I do? I want to go to the hospital but I don t want to be sent home either
Hi, I have gone through your question. Cramping every 20 minutes and increasing white discharge is suggestive of starting of labour. Nausea, light-headedness, weakness in late pregnancy is sue to the hormonal effect of progesterone which causes relaxation of blood vessels (causing decreased blood presssure leading to light-headedness) and of muscles(causing weakness). Decreased blood supply in the legs is due to the compression of leg circulation by the pregnant uterus. I would suggest you to consult your OBGYN specialist to get properly examined for labour pains. Hope you found this answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
