What Causes Lightheadedness While Standing Up?

When I get up from a sitting position (this started about 1-2 hours ago), I feel like I ve had too much to drink. I am light-headed, I can feel it in my legs and my right arm/hand tingles. It has not affected the strength of my grip or ability to do anything. Just feeling very weird.
