What Causes Lightheadedness When Sitting And Walking?

I ve been experiencing lightheadness when sitting and walking...but it comes and goes...should I be worried? I sometimes check my blood pressure and I m taking meds for it and it s all ok...could be my blood sugar or maybe eyes? Not sure. I snack at work eating cashews and cranberries...usually in the morning. I do drink a lot of H2O.

Hello, welcome to health care magic.
If you experience light headedness just after getting up from lying down position then you should ask your doctor to decrease the dose of your antihypertensive medications.
