What causes lightheadedness, shivering, fainting and vomiting?

hi, my friend has been feeling light headed. she was shaking and just passed out. she said she also had a feeling of throwing up she told me only had noodles and a lunchable to eat today. so i figured she was feeling all this because she didn t eat so i gave her a hot pocket thinking it would but she threw it right up. What should my next steps be?

Many stomach infections cause nausea and vomiting. The inflammation that often results from these infections is called gastroenteritis.

Excessive vomiting can lead to dizziness, especially if a person ends up dehydrated. Some people also feel dizzy when they get nauseated.
