What Causes Lightheadedness, Fatigue And Tiredness?

I am 57 years old, 5 foot/7 inches and weight 160 pounds. I went to my doctor's office and he measured me with a blood pressure of 130/78. He put me on 10 mg Lisinopril. I am now at 90/60 and 102/68 blood pressures. I was tremenbously scared and nervous going to his office. He told me I probably have white coat hypertension. When I check my pressure with my home Omron and Relion monitor, at CVS pharmacy and at my neighbors it reads basically the same. I feel light headed and tired and fatigued now.

Hi
The blood pressure mentioned by you is quite normal. In my view ( and according to all international recent guidelines) this bp recording is not at all an indication to start antihypertensive for blood pressure reduction.

Thank you
