What Causes Lightheadedness, Dizziness And Tiredness With Numbness In Lips?

For days and days I seem to feel light headed/dizzy with numbness into lips and really tired when it sets in its not constant started off with when I stood up sometimes but now it will go on for hours at a time I thought maybe not enough water so I started drinking it constantly but still no help I even considered not eating enough but I m over weight and eat when I m hungry so I m pretty sure that s not it please help

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to a metabolic cause (chronic anemia, vitamin Deficiency, electrolyte imbalance, thyroid gland dysfunction, diabetes, etc.).

Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam and some blood lab tests (complete blood count for anemia, thyroid hormone levels, blood electrolytes, liver and renal function tests, fasting glucose, inflammation tests).

In the meantime, it is necessary to monitor your blood pressure frequently during the day to exclude low blood pressure as a possible cause of your troubles.
