What Causes Lightheadedness , Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath?

Hi Doctor, I have also been using 409 all purpose cleaner, for about 4weeks now, I m not my normal self, I feel lightheaded, dizzy and find it difficult to breath. I last used it on Friday but I m still feeling sick. Are you sure it won t affect my brain? Other medications I m taking are Diane 45 and deselex but I have been taking them for years so the only new thing is this 409 all purpose cleaner. Is it possible to get a stroke from this? I feel muscle weakness as well

I can understand your concern.
No need to worry for stroke because cleaning solution can not cause stroke.
Possibility of bronchitis due to inhalation of fumes from cleaning solution is more.
Any fumes, when inhaled for long duration, can irritate lungs and cause inflammatory reaction.
This is bronchitis. It causes breathlessness, fever, Giddiness, uneasiness etc.
So better to avoid exposure to this fumes.
Breath in fresh air. Consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
If it shows obstructive airway defect than you may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Don't worry, you will be alright.
