What Causes Lightheadedness And Sore Throat?

hi.Im light headed and have a sore throat...The sore throat started in my voice box and has seemed to drop lower in my throat the last week or two. if i sing or hollar my throat gets sorer. Every time i thik its getting better it still there... Its been going on for @3 months

You should avoid cold drinks, ice cream. you should avoid hot and spicy food. You should avoid tobacco, avoid smoking. Make habit of frequent warm saline gargles. you should take antibiotics, anti-allergic medicines.
