What Causes Lightheaded Feeling While Treating Sinus Disease?

I ve been lightheaded for about 2 days now and have had trouble sleeping. I ve also been concussed since 9/12/14, have a sinus disease, and every time I stand up I see something that looks like TV noise for about 15 seconds. What should I do about the lightheadedness?
