What Causes Light Spotting With Stomach Bulging?

On jan 21 I had a baby. I bled until around the first wk of feb. Then after the 14th I stopped altogether. Then march 1 I had my period I thought. It was like a normal pperiod.it last until the 4. Then from the 8-13 I spotted light pink and brown. Then in april I spotted light blood from the 23rd until the 27th. Now its the 22nd and I feel wiggles and pokes in my belly. My belly is starting to swell like im in early pregnancy and every test ive taken has had positives so light they disappear. Im so confused! Help!

Hello,
Return of normal ovulation pattern takes a couple of cycles after delivery. Thus, you could be experiencing transient hormone disturbances. This would be aggravated if you are breast feeding your baby. Since you have had equivocal results with HPTs, please get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres. This will help to conclusively confirm/exclude pregnancy. If negative, you should go for a sonogram and hormone profile to help plan further management. Please maintain a healthy diet and a healthy weight. Take care.
