Hyponidd is an ayurvedic drug is used to treat PCOD and diabetes. Glucophage may not cause spotting. We don't know the side effects of hyponid as such they mentioned that it may not have side effects.
Spotting may be due to implantation bleeding or breakthrough bleeding or polyp or infection etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Please consult your gynecologist she will examine pervaginal and ultrasound abdomen then treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
