Hello, You are suffering from light cramps and are spotting earlier than your expected period date. You are on pills. Since you are on pills, it can be withdrawal bleeding. Precum may have sperms so be careful, its rare to get pregnant without penetrative sex but it can happen, such cases have been seen. You can take antacids for relieve from cramps. Sometimes, strong orgasms or multiple orgasms may also cause cramps. Ideally, you shouldn t be pregnant but in case you start getting symptoms of early pregnancy like nausea, sensitivity to smell, deepening of the areola, tiredness, cramps, etc. You should get clinically examined by a gynecologist. Get pregnancy test done with the first, morning mid-stream urine. You should also get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus. You will be accordingly treated.
