Hello,

I have reviewed your query in detail and here is my advice.

The symptoms you experienced can either be a normal menstrual cycle or possible miscarriage. The only way to differentiate would be through a pathological evaluation of the discharged clots./tissue. However, it is not mandated. There is nothing to be worried at this point, If you do not get your period as expected next month, take a home pregnancy test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
