What Causes Light Pink Spotting And Cramps?
I am 30 years old with three kids, youngest is almost 8yrs old. That's how long ago my tubal ligation was done. I'm currently 5 days late on my period and yesterday I spotted a super light pink color only once. But nothing today so far, I have been having a few period like cramps here and there but nothing major, I'm wondering if I'm pregnant or not. Any suggestions of what could be going on?

check your urine for pregnancy.
chances of tubal ectopic is there after tubal ligation.
if you dont have normal periods after negative pregnancy test you need pelvic scan to rule ectopic pregnancy.
