What Causes Light Periods?
I normally have a very heavy flow. I use the really thick overnight pads all day and I change it typically every 2 hrs for the first 3 days out of the 5 that my period is here. But this month not only is my flow extremely light, it is also early. Could I be pregnant?

Mild changes in the menstrual flow can occur in some months due to stress or hormonal changes. Pregnancy tests are accurate when done 10 days after missing the period or at least one to two weeks after you had sex. This will eliminate any false negative results.
