What Causes Light Periods And Spotting After Uterine Polyps Removal?
I had a d&c and uterine polyps removed in Aug and an IUD inserted. The first 2 periods since then we re very light with spotting in between. This month after spotting for 2 weeks my period started and was a little more than just spotting. I experienced extreme pain in my lower back on the left side and stabbing pains in my groin. Is this normal?

It is abnormal .She should check IUD thread in the vagina. Iud device might be displaced. Confirmation can be done by ultra sound scan. IUD device has to be removed
